We start this career as a beauty salon for hair and makeup artist back in 2008. In 2015, we expand from Celein Makeup & Hair rebranded to the Celein makeup artists Agency.
Celein has a passion for discovering and encouraging emerging beautician superstars throughout Canada. Therefore, we scout the best artists and technicians providing their clients with the highest quality beauty services and products. Moreover, we carried this over into the salon world at studio locations located in Toronto, the heart of Ontario.
