I’ve worked in different realms of media production since 2006 and went to school for Digital Marketing. I’ve been a Television Host, Presenter, Producer and Marketer. The programs were entertainment based.

Once I became a mother, I also became passionate about helping new moms find motivation and balance through creating Social Media Initiative like online Workshops and online Q&A’s with Health Specialists.

I believe that a healthy mind lives in a healthy body. That's why I became a licensed Health Coach because I truly enjoy motivating others to change their lifestyle and adopt new habits.
